At Kirei Homeware, we believe beautiful living shouldn't cost more than it should, and we back that with our Price Match Guarantee.
If you find a lower priced identical item that's in stock at a competitor (even if it's on sale), we'll match it. Simply submit your request using the form below and our team will take care of the rest.
Please note our price match excludes the items listed below under "What items are excluded from the Price Match Guarantee?"
What items does the Price Match Guarantee apply to?
Our guarantee applies to all identical products that are:
- Stocked at Kirei Homeware
- In stock at the competitor at the time of your request
- Not excluded from the Price Match Guarantee (see below)
- New condition β not refurbished or second hand
Identical products means the same brand, model, colour, size, and conditions of purchase, including manufacturer's warranty and accessories.
What is excluded from the Price Match Guarantee?
- Gift cards
- Cashback and coupon offers (including supplier cashback or discount codes)
- Clearance, liquidation, or closing-down sale pricing
- Bundle or multi-buy deals
- Flash sales or limited-time promotional pricing
- Paid membership-based pricing (e.g. loyalty club pricing)
- Third-party marketplace purchases (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace)
- Commercial or trade quantities not available to the general public
What about online stores?
Our Price Match Guarantee includes products found at online retailers β as long as the item is identical and in stock. When assessing an online price match, we take into account any delivery costs to your location. If the total delivered price from a competitor is lower than ours, we'll match that total price.

Yes. The competitor must be a verified Australian retailer with either an online store or a physical retail location.
Yes! If a competitor has an identical item on sale we'll still match that price β as long as it's in stock at the time of your request.
No. We do not price match third party marketplace purchases. The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer.
The item must be in stock at the competitor at the time of your request. If it's out of stock we're unable to process the price match.
No. We do not match clearance, liquidation or closing down sale pricing.
You'll need the competitor's store name, the product name, their current price and a link to the product listing if it's an online store.
No. Bundle deals, multi-buy offers and flash sales are excluded from our Price Match Guarantee.
Once approved our team will apply the matched price to your order and contact you via email within 1β2 business days with confirmation and next steps.
Yes you can submit multiple requests however each product will be reviewed separately.
