Atelier Yu Cats in a Sunny Spot Tea Cup
Atelier Yu Cats in a Sunny Spot Japanese Tea Cup
The teacup companion to our best-selling Atelier Yu cat mug. Sleepy cats bask in a warm patch of sunlight, painted in soft, glowing colour that makes every tea break feel calm and cosy.
Kutani ware has been made in Ishikawa Prefecture since 1655 and is known for its vivid overglaze enamels, applied by hand and fired on to the glaze. This cup holds 230ml and is lovely for green tea, hojicha or herbal blends. Pair it with the matching mug or give two as a set for a cat-loving couple.
